How long will it take between placing your order and receiving your jewel ?
Some jewels in our collection will be delivered to you within 2 to 3 days. In other cases, there can be a short waiting period. What if I don't see my country in any of your lists?:
If your country does not appear in the lists of Zones 1 , 2, 3, 4, 5, we may still be able to supply you with Keratia jewels. Please email us your location at shopping@keratiareplicadiamonds.com and we will obtain a bespoke shipping quote for you. Please note that there are a number of countries to which we are not able to ship jewellery items due to local import restrictions on precious metals.
Customs and duty information
For countries belonging to the European Union, there are no import taxes or customs duties.
In some other countries, import taxes and customs duties may be charged. They will not be paid by Keratia, and are the client's responsibility.
Follow up of your order :
Upon receipt of your order, you will receive a confirmation by email. A notification of the despatch of your package will also will sent to you by email. You will need to sign for the reception of your package. If you are not present at the delivery address when your order arrives, a notification will be left in the post box and instructions will be specified by the courier service on how to obtain the parcel containing your jewellery.
