Email us at shopping@keratiareplicadiamonds.com without delay and return the jewellery back in its original condition, within working 15 days after your receipt.
Indicate clearly in your email which other jewel from our online boutique you have chosen as a replacement.
The cost of the new piece of jewellery will be adjusted in relation to your first payment and the difference will be deducted or added on your credit/debit card payment.
Prepare a package with the jewellery in its original presentation jewellery box and the white cardboard protective box. Use all original protective packaging.

Return for a complimentary ring sizing:
Email us at shopping@keratiareplicadiamonds.com within 15 working days after receipt, to inform us that a further ring sizing is needed. Do not send the jewellery back to us straight away but wait until we contact you in order to take the necessary steps for the ring sizing.
After having ensured that you now have the right fitting for the ring, you will follow the usual return procedure, as follows :

Note to the sole attention of our customers with a finger size larger than P1/2 (UK size), 57 (EUR size), 8 (US size) : please note that if you have ordered a ring for a finger size smaller than P1/2 (UK size), 57 (EUR size), 8 (US size), and if you later request a resizing larger than P1/2 (UK size), 57 (EUR size), 8 (US size), there will be a supplement of £60 as additional gold is needed for the larger size ring.
